Title: Energy Efficiency Commercial Consultant 節(jié)能增效商務(wù)顧問
Responsibilities：
1. Develop & promote energy efficiency business
- Support and boost sales force for Schneider EE offering
- Participate in user conferences and other industry forums to promote understanding of Schneider Electric capabilities
- Identify opportunities within the client organization for additional Schneider Electric Solutions which will add value and increase business performance
2. Manage offer & Customer
- With the support of Tender for commercial & technical solution，work out the proposal for customer, and transfer the project after signature to project management engineer.
- Optimize the function of the solution based on cost/performance. Keep at least the same level of availability, reliability, quality of the supply and functioning.
3. Customer relationship maintenance
- Build and maintain good relationship with key persons in account and relative influencers to lead continuous business from targeted accounts.
Requirements：
- 2010 Graduate
- Major in Engineering Degree of Electrical/ Thermal/Mechanical, MBA, Finance
- Training in Beijing in the first half year, then will be located in BJ or SH
- Must be willing to join the training, sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Good communication; presentation; coordination skill is required in this job.
- He must have IT (word, excel and PowerPoint usage).
- Language: Mandarin & fluent English, A fluent control of the English language, and be able to follow expertise training and coaching path as behaviour training
Title: Energy Efficiency Technical Consultant 節(jié)能增效技術(shù)顧問
Responsibilities：
1. Full time dedicated to EE business
2. Provide a business consulting approach, energy wide oriented to adapt performance of the installation to customer site energetic requirement
a. Keep at least the same level of availability, reliability, quality of the supply and functioning of the equipment
b. In charge of the assessment of equipment like motors, speed-drives, lights, capacitor banks, pumps, fans, compressors, chillers, boiler, heater, furnace, dryer; system like electrical network, HVAC; applications like boosting pump station, compress air system
3. Increasing the efficiency of the systems
Optimisation of the settings, modification of the functioning
4. Make the pre-audit and audit at the customer site
Make the kick-off meeting animation, the interviews execution, the technical work during the audit and the report and presentation to the customer.
5. In charge of the relation with the customers in relation with the commercial team, he builds the technical commercial offers (pull-through of the pre-audit and audit).
6. Communicate or feedback to other teams for service offer improvement technically and commercially
Requirements：
- 2010 Graduate
- Engineer degree of electrical, thermal or mechanical
- This job requires strong ability for operational activities and flexibility for site work; traveling; overtime work.
